Oscar has been in Real Estate for 25 years and the Owner/Broker of Citywide Property Management, Inc. since 1996.

Pamela is one Fein Realtor. (My web coach put that in here!) Pamela has been a REALTOR for 32 years. She owned her own property management company in the 80's. She is involved with our local Real Estate Association, the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS and has had her Real Estate license for 32 years! Sherrie is our bookkeeper. She has been doing property managment accounting for almost 22 years. If you have any questions regarding bookkeeping or your owner statement, you can reach Sherrie at: Sherrie@CitywidePropertyManagementInc.com Please note that during the first seven (7) days of the month and the last seven (7) days of the month, Sherrie may not be able to return your calls or email on the same day as those are our busiest times of the month for bookkeeping. Sherrie does not work on Fridays.
